
The following is a letter of understanding between us, please review it and let me know if you
have questions. Send me an email to verify that you have received the first draft of your
wedding ceremony and have reviewed your online, Letter of Understanding. Please let me
know if you have any questions.

Everything is being designed for you to fully relax and enjoy your wedding day.
When you correspond with me please include the first name of the Groom and Bride, along with
your wedding date.
Wedding Ceremony - First Draft: I have attached the first draft of your ceremony. Please begin to review it and
make any changes you may like. Your fee includes one rewrite. Please do not change the format of the ceremony. As
most ceremonies are heard, it is most helpful to read it out loud to each other. Please do not send out copies of this
ceremony, if people ask you for a copy, have them contact me directly. Thank you. Note: Only personalized ceremonies
are attached. Civil ceremonies are not mailed out.
Changes Due: Mark yours changes and returned them to me via email as soon as possible. I look forward to your
input. If for any reason your final changes are not made correctly a refund of thirty dollars will be made.
Balance Due: Four weeks after you receive the first draft of your wedding ceremony,
or within two weeks of your ceremony if you are planning last minute.
Last Minute Changes: All changes need to be completed in advance. I can not make last minutes changes on the day
of your ceremony or during the week before your ceremony.
Marriage License Information: Please refer to the information on my website so
that you will have everything you may need.

I can file your marriage license for you after your wedding ceremony. Once I mail your marriage license it is out of my
hands. Questions regarding your marriage license should be made directly to the county clerk where you filed for your
marriage license.
Cancellation policy: Your deposit and final payment confirms your wedding date and time, as well as your wedding
plans you have arranged with me. While your dates and times are being held I turn other couples away. If for any reason
you cancel your plans, a partial refund may be returned if and when your date(s) and time(s) are re booked by another
couple. No refund of monies will be made with less than 30-day notice. When booking the week of your wedding date,
no refund of monies will be made with less then a 72 hour notice. There may be fees charged to cancel vendors and
wedding planning done. If your ceremony begins more then thirty minutes, it may have to be re booked which will
involved additional fees.
Force Majeure: If the Contract became impossible to complete by either party because of acts of God, war, government
regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, floods, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies making it
illegal or impossible to provide service or to hold the event then neither party shall be held responsible to any aspects of
this contract.
If weather or road conditions prevent me from reaching the event location the day and time of your wedding I will ordain
someone on site over the phone and provide last minute phone coaching to conduct your ceremony. Please make sure to
print out a copy of your ceremony and have it with you the day of your wedding.
